Evaluations

In addition to all the service Naizak offers its partners, Demonstration and evaluation equipment are usually central to successful business partnerships. Every vendor we work with requires “one way or another’ partner to hold demo (not-for-resale) units for use when demonstrations are required by end customers. As a value added service, Naizak keeps a large list of hardware units in Dubai and Riyadh for such evaluation requests, which is increasingly being used by our business partners across the Middle East region. This demo pool is managed by our Technical team, and partners can enjoy the access to it through their assigned Regional Account or Technical Manager.

Business partners are also required to purchase their own NFR kits. Please contact your dedicated Account Manager or through our contact form for a quote.

Support

Naizak engineers provide support for basic customer issues by analyzing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem. Our support engineers have extensive dual-knowledge of products both from a technical and business perspective. Our Level 2 support engineers offer more in-depth technical support, experienced and knowledge on a particular product or specialized service – this includes administrative level support, advanced technical troubleshooting and escalation to the vendor for further assistance.

Professional Services

NDS not only has the right solutions but also the skilled resources and tested methodologies to make it happen. With Naizak Professional Services, we’ll make sure that your organization can see tangible business results sooner. We provides installation, configuration and deployment of all the products within the Naizak portfolio. Installation is performed on the customer's site, but can be provided remotely if needed too.
