The Position: IT Sr. Analyst

Location: Dhahran/Al Khobar

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

Professional Certification:

·        Microsoft 365 (preferable)

·        Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) (preferable)

·        Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP) (preferable)

Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic.

Minimum Years of Experience: 4 years of relevant experience as an IT professional

Job Purpose: To provide support by maintaining and, installing and installing and computer systems (including, end user’s devices, networking infrastructure, data room facilities, and cloud infrastructure. To diagnose and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, networks, operating system issues and ensure safe usage of the IT infrastructure. The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on the business sustainability of Wisayah Global Investment Company.

High-Level Role Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work with users to troubleshoot problems with computer hardware, software, and related electronic devices and systems set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, ..printers, .. etc.)
• Check computer hardware to ensure functionality, and perform periodic inventories
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Data room functionality including facilities requirements, UPS system, network cabling infrastructure, and air conditioning redundancy
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
• Administer users and maintain security policy for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems, data room requirements, and network infrastructure
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Administering cloud-hosted business applications with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
• Thorough knowledge of end user’s computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications
